This patient had several issues regarding her nose, some of which impacted her surgery. She had a history of nosebleeds, which had been attributed to allergies and medication. Examination revealed a deviated septum, although her airway remained clear with no obstruction. Cosmetically the patient’s wish was to have a straight nose, but she also had a comparatively long nose with an over-projecting tip, mid vault collapse, and the tip was asymmetrical. The septo-rhinoplasty procedure which was done addressed both the medical and cosmetic issues the patient was concerned with. She recovered quickly with no complications and remains happy with the results.
